Ingredients:

1 package of Duff’s white dessert mix
½ cup softened butter (1 stick)
2 egg whites
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 cup white chocolate chips

Prep time 10 minutes, About 1 hour Total Time
16 Servings

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil with overhang or butter well for easy removal after baking.

2. Mix together in a bowl softened butter, white dessert mix, egg whites and almond flavoring. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes.  Stir in by hand white chocolate chips.   Pour batter into cake pan.

3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set on a wire cooling rack.  Cool completely.  Cut evenly to make 16 bars.
