Ingredients:

1 box of Duff’s white dessert mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
2 cups water
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup oat bran

Prep 10 mins,  Bake 18 min
Yields:  22-24

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Spray muffins with non-stick cooking spray or use paper liners.

2. In a large bowl, mix dessert mix, cinnamon, brown sugar pumpkin pie spice, oats and bran.

3.in a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree and water.

4. Pour batter into muffin cups about ½ to 2/3 way full.

5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Add additional mini chips to the tops of muffins. Cool completely.
