1 box Duff White Dessert Mix
3 large eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
3 drops orange food coloring (optional)
1 tsp. orange extract (optional)



1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

2. In large bowl, beat together Duff White Dessert Mix, eggs, oil orange juice and zest until smooth.

3. Pour batter about 2/3 way full in muffin tin. Bake for 14-17 minutes Cool cupcakes complete
