Ingredients:

1 package Duff’s White Dessert Mix
1 cup water
3 large eggs
¼ vegetable oil
2 cups coarsely chopped chocolate sandwich cookies, plus 12 chocolate sandwich cookies cut in half for garnish
1  (16-ounce) container white frosting

Prep 10 min, Bake 20 mins
Yields: 2 dozen

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add dessert mix, water, eggs and oil. Blend until batter is thoroughly mixed. Stir in chopped sandwich cookies. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about  ½ to 3/4 full.

3. Bake 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.

4. Spread frosting over cooled cupcakes, and top each with 1/2 cookie.
