Ingredients:

1 package Duff Bacon Cheddar Biscuit Mix
6 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 cooked meatballs (thawed)
1 block (4 oz) cheddar cheese cut into 16 cubes
16 slices of bacon
long toothpicks or skewers

Prep15 mins, Bake 18 mins

Yield: 14-16

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Place bacon slices on a foil-lined cookie sheet with sides. Bakeabout 8 minutes to partially cook bacon.
3. Prepare mix as directed for biscuits (above). Roll dough 1/4”thick. Using a 3”biscuit cutter, cut rounds
of dough. In the center of each biscuit round, place 1 meatball and 1 cube of cheese. Wrap dough to
completely enclose meatball and cheese; pinch seams to seal.
4. Wrap each puff with 1 slice of bacon and insert skewer through each puff to secure bacon. Place bacon-wrapped puffs 2 inches apart on two foil-lined cookie sheets with dough seam-side down. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Optional: Serve warm with ketchup and mustard.
